We source the beans for our Kentucky rye whiskey barrel-aged coffee from a small family farm, then roast them to the perfect level to accentuate the beans’ natural sweetness and bring out the rich notes of cocoa and almond. For the finishing touch, we age each small batch in sweet rye whiskey barrels from Kentucky distilleries to impart the bright flavors of sweet rye, green apple, and oak.
